  • 2018 Congressional Art Competition

High school students all over the country are now competing to represent their district. If you live in New York’s 15th Congressional District in the Bronx it's time to artistically demonstrate how wonderful a place the Bronx can be. You have to live in the district for which you are entering. If you win your work will be displayed for one year in the Capitol of the United States. You and a family member will also be invited to attend a reception and tour of the Capitol in Washington D.C.
Your work will be a part of the other winners from all 435 Congressional Districts as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. Some districts like the Bronx will also display the work of the runner up of this competition in the Bronx office for a year as well. The artwork must be original and may include submissions of paintings, drawings, collages and photography. All works must be submitted to the district office by April 20th, 2018 at 6:00 PM.
